    1. The studies are still out on actual health benefits, though some people claim the negative salt ions inside release heat which helps boost blood flow, help sleep, and calm allergy/asthma symptoms. I personally haven’t noticed any of this, but I do feel more calm being around it due to its soft light. But that may just be in my head. Either way, I love it!
